We will begin our tour with the first stop at the Carmen Alto viewpoint, which offers a spectacular panoramic view of the volcanoes guarding our beautiful city, such as Misti, Chachani, and, in the distance, Pichu Pichu.
Next, we will visit the Añashuayco Quarry, which is still actively extracting sillar stone. This has transformed the area into a massive canyon with towering white walls about 30 meters high, where we can observe stonecutters at work.

Walking City Tour: Santa Catalina Monastery
We will begin our tour of the White City in the traditional San Lázaro neighborhood, the oldest and most emblematic area of Arequipa, known for its narrow streets, temples, and sillar (volcanic stone) mansions. We will pass by the San Francisco Church, one of Arequipa's most beautiful constructions, a Franciscan convent and its surrounding areas, before reaching the Plaza de Armas, declared a Cultural Heritage of the Nation. Here, we will share the fascinating history of the Arequipa Cathedral, a Gothic and Renaissance design built entirely from sillar and brick vaults. Additionally, we will explore the imposing arches that frame the main square.
Next, we will visit the Church of the Society of Jesus, founded in the late 16th century and constructed with rock from the Misti quarries. We will delve into the captivating history of its cloisters, carved wooden altarpieces covered in gold leaf, and its vibrant murals that celebrate tropical flora and fauna.
Finally, we will visit the Santa Catalina Monastery, whose history and colorful walls captivate every visitor. This unique and striking construction spans over 20,000 square meters and includes 22 areas (both open and enclosed), such as the Silence Courtyard, the Cloister of the Orange Trees, and the Main Cloister. During the monastery's peak, these spaces were used for various purposes, but today they are open to the public as if they were an open-air museum.

Our first stop will be at the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve (Pampa Cañahuas), where we will admire one of the most breathtaking landscapes of the Andean mountain range, featuring plains and lagoons surrounded by snow-capped peaks and volcanoes.
The second stop will be at Patahuasi, where we can acclimatize and enjoy the "Mate del Inca", a traditional herbal tea made with coca leaves and muña (optional).
As we continue, the views from our windows will reveal the diversity of Andean flora and fauna until we reach our next stop, the Andes Viewpoint, also known as Patapampa, located at 4,910 meters above sea level. This is the highest point of the journey. From this summit, we can observe several volcanoes, including Hualca Hualca, Sabancaya, and Ampato.
From here, we begin our descent into the Colca Valley.
Next, we will continue to Fundo Huaniladera in the town of Achoma, where a local family will welcome us for a cultural immersion experience. They will share their daily life with us, and depending on the season, we may participate in planting or harvesting local crops. We will also have the chance to dress in traditional attire and dance the Wititi, a traditional Colca dance and UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. We will take part in the "Pago a la Tierra" (Payment to the Earth) ceremony and enjoy a lunch with stunning views of the agricultural terraces.
Afterward, we will head to the Chacapi hot springs to refresh ourselves and enjoy the medicinal properties of the waters. We will then check into our hotel in Chivay.

Today, we continue our journey to the Cruz del Cóndor Viewpoint, where we will have an incredible view of the Colca Canyon and marvel at the majestic flight of the condors. On our way back, we will make a brief stop at the Antahuilque Viewpoint, and then proceed to the district of Maca, where we will visit its church and main square. Here, you can also try the Colca Sour, a drink made from a local fruit (optional/not included).
Lunch awaits us in the town of Chivay (optional/not included), and after that, we will continue our trip to the city of Puno.

Uros and Taquile Islands
We will head to the port of Lake Titicaca to board a boat that will take us to the floating islands of the Uros, constructed from totora reeds, a long-leafed plant that grows in the lake. We will learn about the Uro culture and meet the locals, gaining insight into their way of life and daily activities.
Next, we will continue by boat to the port of Taquile Island, where we will hike up a gentle slope to the main village. This walk takes approximately one hour, during which our guide will share fascinating insights into Taquile's local culture. The inhabitants of the island are expert weavers, and Taquile is one of the most prosperous islands on the lake. Here, we will enjoy lunch.
Afterward, we will return to the port of Puno and transfer to your hotel.

You will have the opportunity to enjoy various places of magical charm and ancestral history, such as, the Mythical Lithic Museum of the Pukara Culture, the Majestic Raya Pass, the road border between Cusco and Puno, with a breathtaking view of the Chimboya Snow-Capped Mountain, the Raqchi Archaeological Complex and the Sistine Chapel of America, also known as the Andahuaylillas Chapel.

City Tour: Four Ruins
Today, we will begin our visit at the Cathedral, one of the main religious monuments in the city. Next, we will visit the Inca temple of Koricancha and the Convent of Santo Domingo, a religious center known as the "Temple of the Sun," which highlights the impressive engineering used in its construction.
We will then visit the archaeological complex of Sacsayhuamán, located 3 km from the city of Cusco. This impressive Inca fortress is renowned for its monumental stones and outstanding architecture. It is famous for its enormous carved stones, some weighing more than 350 tons. It is also the site of the Inti Raymi or Festival of the Sun.
Next, we will visit Qenqo, considered a ceremonial and ritual center, featuring an amphitheater where sacrifices were performed. Then, we will visit Puca-Pucara, an ancient tambo or place where the Incas stored their agricultural products and served as a checkpoint along the Inca roads.
Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco.

You will have the opportunity to visit the most privileged places where the Incas built temples, fortresses, and sacred cities, as the valley is located in an area with a climate highly favorable for agricultural activities. In addition to learning about Inca history and architecture, you will enjoy breathtaking landscapes shaped by the presence of the Vilcanota River and the majestic mountains.
Our day begins with a visit to Pisac, a site whose fertile lands and strategic location made it an important settlement since pre-Inca times. We will then head to Urubamba, where we will have the option to enjoy lunch, and afterward, continue to Ollantaytambo, an archaeological complex that served as a military, religious, and agricultural center.
From Ollantaytambo, we will board our train to Machu Picchu Town, also known as Aguas Calientes.

Early in the morning, we will take a shuttle that follows the winding road leading to the citadel of Machupicchu, the citadel of Pachacútec. It is an achievement of such magnitude that it leaves us speechless. The beauty of the mountains, the scale of the design, the logistics and engineering required for its construction, and the vigor and ingenuity the Incas demonstrated here go beyond comprehension. Awe—in the strongest sense of the word! It transcends simple amazement, inviting us to understand its grandeur.
In the afternoon, we will board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where transportation will be waiting to take you from Ollantaytambo to your hotel in the city of Cusco.

Full-Day Excursion to Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain (Shared Service) – Minimum 2 Passengers
Vinicunca, also known as the Mountain of Seven Colors, is one of Cusco's most iconic destinations. We will start early with a transfer to Cusipata, continuing to Phulawasipata, the starting point of our trek. As we ascend, you will enjoy unique landscapes featuring herds of llamas and alpacas, along with the imposing presence of Mount Ausangate, the highest peak in Cusco. Along the way, you will have the chance to interact with local inhabitants and observe their daily agricultural activities.
After approximately an hour and a half of hiking, we will reach an altitude of 5,020 meters (16,466 feet) above sea level, where Vinicunca is located. Its stunning natural colors, a result of the minerals in the soil, range from red and green to yellow, pink, and purple. It’s the perfect spot for capturing unforgettable photographs! After taking in this wonder, we will return to Phulawasipata and then to Cusipata, where we will enjoy a traditional lunch before heading back.
